Placing your return: 

Go to 'Account' and open 'My Orders’. Select ‘Request Return’ on the order you want to return. Your return request will be sent to be reviewed and we'll email with return details once completed. 

Return address: 

Any items that are non personalised that you wish to return. Please note in the event of you having to return your item to our HQ’s we do not offer free returns meaning returns costs need to be covered by the customer. All items to be returned to our return address: JimJamTheLabel, Unit 2, Union Court, Union Road, Bolton, BL2 2HQ

Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This does not apply to personalised items, these are non refundable as these have been customised as per you request. Please take care when choosing your order.

Please note that for any of our personalised products we have a 7 day turn around, so please ensure you order within plenty of time for needing your order.

If you require your personalised order quicker than 7 days please contact one of our team members and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any personalised orders that are purchased from us are non-refundable as a result of these being made to your requests however if an item arrives at you faulty this can be returned & exchanged. 

Sale items are also non-refundable.

We advise that all returns are sent back to us tracked and signed form as we will not be able to accept responsibility if these to not reach our offices.
