2I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM FAULTY, CAN I GET A REFUND?
At Jim Jam the Label our aim to provide you with only the best. Here at Jim Jam the Label we do not offer refunds, it is strictly exchanged only. It is our number one priority to make sure your item gets to you in one perfect piece, our item will always be checked before being sent out.
