Here at Jim Jam, we take great pleasure in hoping that you love your order as much as we do!

Please ensure that when selecting your order, you take extra care in making sure the size & colour you require is correct. If you need any help when selecting your size just email jimjamthelabel@gmail.com & one of our team will get back you as soon as possible!

Please note that for any of our personalised products we have a 7 day turn around, so please ensure you order within plenty of time for needing your order.

If you require your personalised order quicker than 7 days please contact one of our team members and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any personalised orders that are purchased from us are non-refundable as a result of these being made to your requests however if an item arrives at you faulty this can be returned & exchanged.

Please note in the event of you having to return your item to our HQ’s we do not offer free returns meaning returns costs need to be covered by the customer.

We advise that all returns are sent back to us tracked and signed form as we will not be able to accept responsibility if these to not reach our offices.
